Over at thesoapshow.com you can listen to interviews with Neighbours stars Eliza Taylor-Cotter (Janae), Natalie Blair (Carmella) and Lara Sacher (Serena) - who have recently all appeared in panto over Christmas here in the UK.
Apparently Eliza filmed her last scenes for Neighbours in Sept-2007 (which will be shown in Australia in Feb-2008) and is currently hoping to pursue a career in America (according to thesoapshow.com interview)
